  • When selling a home, Bonus Offer applies to new listings only, minimum 90 days, taken with a participating CENTURY 21 office within the Bonus Offer time frame as printed on coupon. Property must be listed with the CENTURY 21 office at time of sale to qualify for Bonus Offer.
  • When purchasing a home, Bonus Offer applies to agreements written through a participating CENTURY 21 office within the Bonus Offer time frame as printed on coupon. Only buyers using a CENTURY 21 office when purchasing a property qualify for the Bonus Offer.
  • Collector must present Bonus Offer coupon at first contact with a participating CENTURY 21 office to qualify for Bonus Offer on sale or purchase transaction. One Bonus offer valid per property.
